Yes, a deposit is required for all bookings.

Trainings & payments

Yes, you can pay for your training with KLARNA or Clearpay option.

£50 for one-day courses.
£100 for two or three-day courses.

No, deposits are non-refundable.

Yes, within 48 hours you can change the date by paying 25% of the remaining cost.

Send a Substitute: Someone else can attend in your place. Inform us by email at szkoleniamalwinaondycz@gmail.com.
Transfer to Another Training: Transfer your booking to another course within our offer within the next 6 months (one transfer allowed). No-shows for transferred bookings will be charged the full cost.
Cancel Your Place: If you cannot attend and don't want a substitute or transfer, you will not be charged if you notify us at least two weeks before the training date.

Cancellations with less than two weeks' notice will result in a full charge for the training.
An invoice will be sent requesting payment within seven days.
